The Ultimate 944 Turbo ECU Package
The Porsche 944 Turbo is a top choice for high performance driving enthusiasts, club racers, endurance racers alike. They are also coveted cars by people who love the styling and the power that can be extracted to make them one of the best driving road cars. With the platform over 30 years old the electronics and wiring on the car are tired. As a result ACE has developed a full engine harness that allows for complete replacement of the original factory wiring and allows for the use of modern fast acting sensors. The Emtron KV8 or SL8 ECU is the hear of the system and allows for total control of the turbo charged engine.
ACE utilizes a Emtron KV8 or optional SL8 engine control system and custom designed engine harness to connect the ECU to the 944 Turbo factory engine. We have developed a number of solutions to ensure that all systems will operate better than factory. The ACE 944 Turbo ECU kit unit will come with an ACE supplied base calibration for this system.

Utilizing the open and unlocked flexible Emtron platform that offers real support anywhere in the world though its world class dealer network.
Extra open inputs and outputs allow for installation/upgrade to Electric Throttle Control
Extra open inputs allow raw wheel speed sensors to be fitted for speed inputs to utilize launch control, motorsport traction control, and more.
A special 5V and Sensor Ground plug on the adapter allows analog 0-5V inputs easily to be installed.
CAN BUS Support:
Emtron ECU system supports two seperate CAN networks.
CAN Channel 1
This network is dedicated to Emtron expansion devices, dash loggers, and other Motorsport systems. It is pre-configured and pre-wired to connect directly to the Emtron ELC2 Dual CAN Lambda Controller. Termination for this bus is facilitated via an external resistor that can be unplugged and used to easily expand to other CAN devices. This location allows connection of other CAN bus friendly devices to expand on this compact package as well, especially with products like Emtron EIC, Emtron EGT, and more.
